Do you take a cut from my ticket sales?
No! When you connect your Stripe account, 100% of your event revenue goes directly to you. We only charge your monthly subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
All plans can purchase attendee packs (+500 attendees for $50). Growth and Professional users can also buy event add-ons. Business plan has unlimited events already.
How do add-ons work?
When you purchase an add-on (like +500 attendees), you'll assign it to a specific event in your dashboard. The add-on increases that event's attendee capacity and is valid for the current billing period.
What's the difference between subscriptions and one-off packages?
Subscriptions renew monthly and are perfect for ongoing event needs. One-off packages are single purchases valid for 30 days - ideal if you need event management for just one month without a recurring commitment.
Do add-ons roll over to the next month?
No, add-ons are valid for the current billing period only. Your base event/attendee limits reset each month.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free Starter plan includes 1 event per month with up to 50 attendees. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan or purchase a one-off package.
